इन्द्र॑तमा॒ हि धिष्ण्या॑ म॒रुत्त॑मा द॒स्रा दंसि॑ष्ठा र॒थ्या॑ र॒थीत॑मा । पू॒र्णं रथं॑ वहेथे॒ मध्व॒ आचि॑तं॒ तेन॑ दा॒श्वांस॒मुप॑ याथो अश्विना ॥
इन्द्रतमा हि धिष्ण्या मरुत्तमा दस्रा दंसिष्ठा रथ्या रथीतमा । पूर्णं रथं वहेथे मध्व आचितं तेन दाश्वांसमुप याथो अश्विना ॥
indratamā hi dhiṣṇyā maruttamā dasrā daṃsiṣṭhā rathyā rathītamā | pūrṇaṃ rathaṃ vahethe madhva ācitaṃ tena dāśvāṃsam upa yātho aśvinā ||

English translation:

Dasras, in truth most imperial, adorable, swifter than the winds, and eminent in good works, riders in a car, and most distinguished charioteers, bring hither your car, full heaped up with ambrosia, and with it come, Aśvins, to the donor (of the offering).”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Most imperial: indratamā, superlatively indra; so, maruttamā, superlatively maruts; marutttamā may also mean, of moderated passions, mild, genitive le, mitarāgiṇau; or, not noisy, mitarāviṇau
