मत्स्यपा॑यि ते॒ मह॒: पात्र॑स्येव हरिवो मत्स॒रो मद॑: । वृषा॑ ते॒ वृष्ण॒ इन्दु॑र्वा॒जी स॑हस्र॒सात॑मः ॥
मत्स्यपायि ते महः पात्रस्येव हरिवो मत्सरो मदः । वृषा ते वृष्ण इन्दुर्वाजी सहस्रसातमः ॥
matsy apāyi te mahaḥ pātrasyeva harivo matsaro madaḥ | vṛṣā te vṛṣṇa indur vājī sahasrasātamaḥ ||
English translation:
“Lord of steeds, you are exhilarated when the sacred (Soma) has been imbibed by you as by its (appropriate) vessel; for to you, showerer (of benefits), it is exhilarating, inebriating, invigorating, the yielder of delight, (satisfying as) food, and the giver of a thousand (plural asures).”
