Rig Veda 1.167.5

जोष॒द्यदी॑मसु॒र्या॑ स॒चध्यै॒ विषि॑तस्तुका रोद॒सी नृ॒मणा॑: । आ सू॒र्येव॑ विध॒तो रथं॑ गात्त्वे॒षप्र॑तीका॒ नभ॑सो॒ नेत्या ॥
जोषद्यदीमसुर्या सचध्यै विषितस्तुका रोदसी नृमणाः । आ सूर्येव विधतो रथं गात्त्वेषप्रतीका नभसो नेत्या ॥
joṣad yad īm asuryā sacadhyai viṣitastukā rodasī nṛmaṇāḥ | ā sūryeva vidhato rathaṃ gāt tveṣapratīkā nabhaso netyā ||

English translation:

Rodasī, the associate of the scatterers (of the clouds), with dishevelled tresses, and mind devoted to her lords, woos them to associate (with her); radiant in form, she has ascended the car of the restless (Maruts) as Sūrya (ascended the car of the Aśvins), and comes hither (with the celerity) of the sun.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Rodasī = heaven and earth; here, it signifies the lightning; or the bride of the Maruts, marutpatnī vidyud vā;

Sūrya: sūryeva, like sūrya; either the wife or the daughter of sūrya
