ए॒वेदे॒ते प्रति॑ मा॒ रोच॑माना॒ अने॑द्य॒: श्रव॒ एषो॒ दधा॑नाः । सं॒चक्ष्या॑ मरुतश्च॒न्द्रव॑र्णा॒ अच्छा॑न्त मे छ॒दया॑था च नू॒नम् ॥
एवेदेते प्रति मा रोचमाना अनेद्यः श्रव एषो दधानाः । संचक्ष्या मरुतश्चन्द्रवर्णा अच्छान्त मे छदयाथा च नूनम् ॥
eved ete prati mā rocamānā anedyaḥ śrava eṣo dadhānāḥ | saṃcakṣyā marutaś candravarṇā acchānta me chadayāthā ca nūnam ||
English translation:
“Maruts, verily, glorifying me, and enjoying boundless fame and food (through my favour), edo you, of golden colour, and invested with glory, cover me in requital verily, (with renown).”
