Rig Veda 1.165.9

अनु॑त्त॒मा ते॑ मघव॒न्नकि॒र्नु न त्वावाँ॑ अस्ति दे॒वता॒ विदा॑नः । न जाय॑मानो॒ नश॑ते॒ न जा॒तो यानि॑ करि॒ष्या कृ॑णु॒हि प्र॑वृद्ध ॥
अनुत्तमा ते मघवन्नकिर्नु न त्वावाँ अस्ति देवता विदानः । न जायमानो नशते न जातो यानि करिष्या कृणुहि प्रवृद्ध ॥
anuttam ā te maghavan nakir nu na tvāvām̐ asti devatā vidānaḥ | na jāyamāno naśate na jāto yāni kariṣyā kṛṇuhi pravṛddha ||

English translation:

“(The Maruts): Verily, Maghvan, nothing (done) by you is unavailing; there is no divinity as wise as you; no one being born, or that has been born, ever surpasses the glorious deeds which you, mighty (Indra), have achieved.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Verily, Maghavan: anuttamā te maghavan nakir nu na = whatever is said by you, Indra, is true;

Anuttamā = an exclamation or assent that which is not sent or driven away
