इ॒मा ते॑ वाजिन्नव॒मार्ज॑नानी॒मा श॒फानां॑ सनि॒तुर्नि॒धाना॑ । अत्रा॑ ते भ॒द्रा र॑श॒ना अ॑पश्यमृ॒तस्य॒ या अ॑भि॒रक्ष॑न्ति गो॒पाः ॥
इमा ते वाजिन्नवमार्जनानीमा शफानां सनितुर्निधाना । अत्रा ते भद्रा रशना अपश्यमृतस्य या अभिरक्षन्ति गोपाः ॥
imā te vājinn avamārjanānīmā śaphānāṃ sanitur nidhānā | atrā te bhadrā raśanā apaśyam ṛtasya yā abhirakṣanti gopāḥ ||
English translation:
“I have beheld, Horse, these your purifying (regions) these impressions of the feet of you who share in the sacrifice; and here your auspicious reins, which are the protectors of the rite that preserve it.”

Avamārjanāni = the water with which the horse is sprinkled; śaphānām nidhānā, the plural ce of sacrifice, or the field in which he is pastured; raśanā ṛtasya gopā = either the guards attending on the horse, or the priests
