अ॒न॒श्वो जा॒तो अ॑नभी॒शुरर्वा॒ कनि॑क्रदत्पतयदू॒र्ध्वसा॑नुः । अ॒चित्तं॒ ब्रह्म॑ जुजुषु॒र्युवा॑न॒: प्र मि॒त्रे धाम॒ वरु॑णे गृ॒णन्त॑: ॥
अनश्वो जातो अनभीशुरर्वा कनिक्रदत्पतयदूर्ध्वसानुः । अचित्तं ब्रह्म जुजुषुर्युवानः प्र मित्रे धाम वरुणे गृणन्तः ॥
anaśvo jāto anabhīśur arvā kanikradat patayad ūrdhvasānuḥ | acittam brahma jujuṣur yuvānaḥ pra mitre dhāma varuṇe gṛṇantaḥ ||
English translation:
“Without steeds, without stay, (he is nevertheless) borne swift-moving and loud-sounding; he travels, ascending higher and higher, connecting the inconceivable mystery (of sacred rites) with the radiance (abiding) in Mitra and Varuṇa, (which men), eulogizing, glorify.”

Connecting the inconceivable mystery: acittambrahma yuvānaḥ: acittam = citta aviṣayam,not an object of the mind or thought;
Brahma = parivṛḍham uktarūpam karma, the act of which the nature is declared very great
