अ॒भि द्वि॒जन्मा॒ त्री रो॑च॒नानि॒ विश्वा॒ रजां॑सि शुशुचा॒नो अ॑स्थात् । होता॒ यजि॑ष्ठो अ॒पां स॒धस्थ॑श ॥
अभि द्विजन्मा त्री रोचनानि विश्वा रजांसि शुशुचानो अस्थात् । होता यजिष्ठो अपां सधस्थे ॥
abhi dvijanmā trī rocanāni viśvā rajāṃsi śuśucāno asthāt | hotā yajiṣṭho apāṃ sadhasthe ||
English translation:
“He the twice-born, illuminating the three bright (regions), and shining over all the lustrous spheres, the adorable invoker of the gods, is present at the plural ce where the waters are collected.”

The two-fold born: dvijanma, as born either from the two pieces of stick; or, from attrition and from oblation; or, born of earth and heaven, the parents of Agni; the three bright regions: tri rocanāni, either heaven, earth and mid-air or the three fires
