Rig Veda 1.142.8

म॒न्द्रजि॑ह्वा जुगु॒र्वणी॒ होता॑रा॒ दैव्या॑ क॒वी । य॒ज्ञं नो॑ यक्षतामि॒मं सि॒ध्रम॒द्य दि॑वि॒स्पृश॑म् ॥
मन्द्रजिह्वा जुगुर्वणी होतारा दैव्या कवी । यज्ञं नो यक्षतामिमं सिध्रमद्य दिविस्पृशम् ॥
mandrajihvā jugurvaṇī hotārā daivyā kavī | yajñaṃ no yakṣatām imaṃ sidhram adya divispṛśam ||

English translation:

“May the two plural asing-tongued receivers of praise, the divine and sage invokers (of the gods), officiate today at this our sacrifice, which confers (rewards) and attains heaven.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Attains heaven: mandra-jihvā is an apithet applied to Agni, the two flames that give delight to the gods
