Rig Veda 1.134.1

आ त्वा॒ जुवो॑ रारहा॒णा अ॒भि प्रयो॒ वायो॒ वह॑न्त्वि॒ह पू॒र्वपी॑तये॒ सोम॑स्य पू॒र्वपी॑तये । ऊ॒र्ध्वा ते॒ अनु॑ सू॒नृता॒ मन॑स्तिष्ठतु जान॒ती । नि॒युत्व॑ता॒ रथे॒ना या॑हि दा॒वने॒ वायो॑ म॒खस्य॑ दा॒वने॑ ॥
आ त्वा जुवो रारहाणा अभि प्रयो वायो वहन्त्विह पूर्वपीतये सोमस्य पूर्वपीतये । ऊर्ध्वा ते अनु सूनृता मनस्तिष्ठतु जानती । नियुत्वता रथेना याहि दावने वायो मखस्य दावने ॥
ā tvā juvo rārahāṇā abhi prayo vāyo vahantv iha pūrvapītaye somasya pūrvapītaye | ūrdhvā te anu sūnṛtā manas tiṣṭhatu jānatī | niyutvatā rathenā yāhi dāvane vāyo makhasya dāvane ||

English translation:

“Let your swift coursers, Vāyu, bring you quickly hither, that you may be the first to drink; the first (of the gods) to drink of the Soma. May our appraised, discriminating, and sincere (praise) be acceptable to your mind; come with your steed-yoked car for (the libation) to be presented to you; come, Vāyu, for granting (the objects of worship).”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Steed-yoked car: niyutvatā rathenā: with the car having the niyuts; denominating the horse of Vāyu; For granting the objects: dāvane: from dav, to give; i.e. 'come for that which is to be given by us', dāyavyayu; and, 'for giving to us that we solicit'
