श्रु॒तं मे॑ मित्रावरुणा॒ हवे॒मोत श्रु॑तं॒ सद॑ने वि॒श्वत॑: सीम् । श्रोतु॑ न॒: श्रोतु॑रातिः सु॒श्रोतु॑: सु॒क्षेत्रा॒ सिन्धु॑र॒द्भिः ॥
श्रुतं मे मित्रावरुणा हवेमोत श्रुतं सदने विश्वतः सीम् । श्रोतु नः श्रोतुरातिः सुश्रोतुः सुक्षेत्रा सिन्धुरद्भिः ॥
śrutam me mitrāvaruṇā havemota śrutaṃ sadane viśvataḥ sīm | śrotu naḥ śroturātiḥ suśrotuḥ sukṣetrā sindhur adbhiḥ ||
English translation:
“Mitra and Varuṇa, hear these my invocations, and moreover listen to those (that are) everywhere (uttered) in the chamber of sacrifice; and may Sindhu, the renowned bestower of wealth, hear us, (fertilizing our) broad fields with water.”
