उ॒त स्या वां॒ मधु॑म॒न्मक्षि॑कारप॒न्मदे॒ सोम॑स्यौशि॒जो हु॑वन्यति । यु॒वं द॑धी॒चो मन॒ आ वि॑वास॒थोऽथा॒ शिर॒: प्रति॑ वा॒मश्व्यं॑ वदत् ॥
उत स्या वां मधुमन्मक्षिकारपन्मदे सोमस्यौशिजो हुवन्यति । युवं दधीचो मन आ विवासथोऽथा शिरः प्रति वामश्व्यं वदत् ॥
uta syā vām madhuman makṣikārapan made somasyauśijo huvanyati | yuvaṃ dadhīco mana ā vivāsatho 'thā śiraḥ prati vām aśvyaṃ vadat ||
English translation:
“That honey-seeking bee also murmured your praise; the son of Us;ij invokes you to the exhilaratin of Soma; you conciliated the mind of Dadhyañc, so that, provided with the head of a horse, he taught you (the mystic science).”
