त्वे॒षं व॒यं रु॒द्रं य॑ज्ञ॒साधं॑ व॒ङ्कुं क॒विमव॑से॒ नि ह्व॑यामहे । आ॒रे अ॒स्मद्दैव्यं॒ हेळो॑ अस्यतु सुम॒तिमिद्व॒यम॒स्या वृ॑णीमहे ॥
त्वेषं वयं रुद्रं यज्ञसाधं वङ्कुं कविमवसे नि ह्वयामहे । आरे अस्मद्दैव्यं हेळो अस्यतु सुमतिमिद्वयमस्या वृणीमहे ॥
tveṣaṃ vayaṃ rudraṃ yajñasādhaṃ vaṅkuṃ kavim avase ni hvayāmahe | āre asmad daivyaṃ heḻo asyatu sumatim id vayam asyā vṛṇīmahe ||

English translation:

“We invoke for our preservation the illustrious Rudra, the accomplisher of sacrifices, the tortuous, the wise; may he remove far from us his celestial wrath, for we earnestly solicit his favour.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

The accomplisher of sacrifice: yajñasādham, i.e. sādhayitaram, he who makes the sacrifice well-desired or perfet: sviṣṭam or su iṣṭam; The tortuous: vaṅku, he who goes crookedly
