Rig Veda 1.112.15

याभि॑र्व॒म्रं वि॑पिपा॒नमु॑पस्तु॒तं क॒लिं याभि॑र्वि॒त्तजा॑निं दुव॒स्यथ॑: । याभि॒र्व्य॑श्वमु॒त पृथि॒माव॑तं॒ ताभि॑रू॒ षु ऊ॒तिभि॑रश्वि॒ना ग॑तम् ॥
याभिर्वम्रं विपिपानमुपस्तुतं कलिं याभिर्वित्तजानिं दुवस्यथः । याभिर्व्यश्वमुत पृथिमावतं ताभिरू षु ऊतिभिरश्विना गतम् ॥
yābhir vamraṃ vipipānam upastutaṃ kaliṃ yābhir vittajāniṃ duvasyathaḥ | yābhir vyaśvam uta pṛthim āvataṃ tābhir ū ṣu ūtibhir aśvinā gatam ||

English translation:

“With those aids by which you preserved Vamra, praised by all around him, when drinking (the dews of the earth); by which you protected Kali when he had taken a wife, and Pṛthi,when had lost his horse; with them, Aśvins, come willingly hither.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Vamra was a ṛṣi, the son of Vikhānas;he is called vipipānam, drinking much and variously, earthly moisture or dew, pārthivam rasam. Kali was a ṛṣi and Pṛthi was a rājaṛṣi
