याभी॑ रे॒भं निवृ॑तं सि॒तम॒द्भ्य उद्वन्द॑न॒मैर॑यतं॒ स्व॑र्दृ॒शे । याभि॒: कण्वं॒ प्र सिषा॑सन्त॒माव॑तं॒ ताभि॑रू॒ षु ऊ॒तिभि॑रश्वि॒ना ग॑तम् ॥
याभी रेभं निवृतं सितमद्भ्य उद्वन्दनमैरयतं स्वर्दृशे । याभिः कण्वं प्र सिषासन्तमावतं ताभिरू षु ऊतिभिरश्विना गतम् ॥
yābhī rebhaṃ nivṛtaṃ sitam adbhya ud vandanam airayataṃ svar dṛśe | yābhiḥ kaṇvam pra siṣāsantam āvataṃ tābhir ū ṣu ūtibhir aśvinā gatam ||

English translation:

“With those aids by which you raised up from the water, Rebha, who had been cst bound (into a well), and also Vandana (similarly circumstanced), to behold the sky; by which you protected Kaṇva, when longing to see the light; with them, Aśvins, come willingly hither.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Legends: Rebha and Vandana are ṛṣis who were cast into wells by the asuras. Kaṇva threw them into darkness
