Rig Veda 1.89.6

स्व॒स्ति न॒ इन्द्रो॑ वृ॒द्धश्र॑वाः स्व॒स्ति न॑: पू॒षा वि॒श्ववे॑दाः । स्व॒स्ति न॒स्तार्क्ष्यो॒ अरि॑ष्टनेमिः स्व॒स्ति नो॒ बृह॒स्पति॑र्दधातु ॥
स्वस्ति न इन्द्रो वृद्धश्रवाः स्वस्ति नः पूषा विश्ववेदाः । स्वस्ति नस्तार्क्ष्यो अरिष्टनेमिः स्वस्ति नो बृहस्पतिर्दधातु ॥
svasti na indro vṛddhaśravāḥ svasti naḥ pūṣā viśvavedāḥ | svasti nas tārkṣyo ariṣṭanemiḥ svasti no bṛhaspatir dadhātu ||

English translation:

“May Indra, who listens to much praise, guard our welfare; may Pūṣan, who knows all things, guard our welfare; may Tārkṣya, with unblemished weapons, guard our welfare.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Tārkṣya, son of Tṛkṣa is Garuḍa. He is Ariṣṭanemi, he who has unharmed or irresistible (aṛṣṭa) weapons (nemi, circumerference of a wheel). Ariṣṭanemi is a Prajāpati (Vāyu Purāṇa). Tārkṣya = Aruṇa, the person nified dawn
