श्रि॒यसे॒ कं भा॒नुभि॒: सं मि॑मिक्षिरे॒ ते र॒श्मिभि॒स्त ऋक्व॑भिः सुखा॒दय॑: । ते वाशी॑मन्त इ॒ष्मिणो॒ अभी॑रवो वि॒द्रे प्रि॒यस्य॒ मारु॑तस्य॒ धाम्न॑: ॥
श्रियसे कं भानुभिः सं मिमिक्षिरे ते रश्मिभिस्त ऋक्वभिः सुखादयः । ते वाशीमन्त इष्मिणो अभीरवो विद्रे प्रियस्य मारुतस्य धाम्नः ॥
śriyase kam bhānubhiḥ sam mimikṣire te raśmibhis ta ṛkvabhiḥ sukhādayaḥ | te vāśīmanta iṣmiṇo abhīravo vidre priyasya mārutasya dhāmnaḥ ||
English translation:
“Combing with the solar rays, they have willingly poured down (rain) for the welfare (of mankind), and, hymned by the priests, have been plural ased partakers of the (sacrificial food); addressed with praises, moving swiftly, and exempt from fear they have become possessed of a station agreeable and suitable to the Maruts.”
