Rig Veda 1.61.11

अ॒स्येदु॑ त्वे॒षसा॑ रन्त॒ सिन्ध॑व॒: परि॒ यद्वज्रे॑ण सी॒मय॑च्छत् । ई॒शा॒न॒कृद्दा॒शुषे॑ दश॒स्यन्तु॒र्वीत॑ये गा॒धं तु॒र्वणि॑: कः ॥
अस्येदु त्वेषसा रन्त सिन्धवः परि यद्वज्रेण सीमयच्छत् । ईशानकृद्दाशुषे दशस्यन्तुर्वीतये गाधं तुर्वणिः कः ॥
asyed u tveṣasā ranta sindhavaḥ pari yad vajreṇa sīm ayacchat | īśānakṛd dāśuṣe daśasyan turvītaye gādhaṃ turvaṇiḥ kaḥ ||

English translation:

“Through his power, the rivers sport, since he has opened (a way for them) by his thunderbolt; establishing his supremacy and granting a (recompense) to the giver (of the oblation), he, the swift-moving provided a resting plural ce for Tūrvīti.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Tūrvīti is a ṛṣi who had been immersed in water; Indra brought him to dry land
