दि॒वश्चि॑दस्य वरि॒मा वि प॑प्रथ॒ इन्द्रं॒ न म॒ह्ना पृ॑थि॒वी च॒न प्रति॑ । भी॒मस्तुवि॑ष्माञ्चर्ष॒णिभ्य॑ आत॒पः शिशी॑ते॒ वज्रं॒ तेज॑से॒ न वंस॑गः ॥
दिवश्चिदस्य वरिमा वि पप्रथ इन्द्रं न मह्ना पृथिवी चन प्रति । भीमस्तुविष्माञ्चर्षणिभ्य आतपः शिशीते वज्रं तेजसे न वंसगः ॥
divaś cid asya varimā vi papratha indraṃ na mahnā pṛthivī cana prati | bhīmas tuviṣmāñ carṣaṇibhya ātapaḥ śiśīte vajraṃ tejase na vaṃsagaḥ ||

English translation:

“The amplitude of Indra was vaster than the (space of) heaven; earth was not comparable to him in bulk; formidable and most mighty, he has been ever the afflicter (of the enemies of) those men (who worship him); he has his thunderbolt for sharpness, as a bull (his horns).”
