Rig Veda 1.38.12

स्थि॒रा व॑: सन्तु ने॒मयो॒ रथा॒ अश्वा॑स एषाम् । सुसं॑स्कृता अ॒भीश॑वः ॥
स्थिरा वः सन्तु नेमयो रथा अश्वास एषाम् । सुसंस्कृता अभीशवः ॥
sthirā vaḥ santu nemayo rathā aśvāsa eṣām | susaṃskṛtā abhīśavaḥ ||

English translation:

“May the felloes of your wheels be firm; may your cars and their steeds be steady, and your fingers well-skilled (to hold the reins).”
