Rig Veda 1.37.9

स्थि॒रं हि जान॑मेषां॒ वयो॑ मा॒तुर्निरे॑तवे । यत्सी॒मनु॑ द्वि॒ता शव॑: ॥
स्थिरं हि जानमेषां वयो मातुर्निरेतवे । यत्सीमनु द्विता शवः ॥
sthiraṃ hi jānam eṣāṃ vayo mātur niretave | yat sīm anu dvitā śavaḥ ||

English translation:

“Stable is their birth plural ce, (the sky), yet the birds (are able) to issue from (the sphere of) their parent; for your strength is everywhere (divided between two--regions, or heaven and earth.”
