Rig Veda 1.37.8

येषा॒मज्मे॑षु पृथि॒वी जु॑जु॒र्वाँ इ॑व वि॒श्पति॑: । भि॒या यामे॑षु॒ रेज॑ते ॥
येषामज्मेषु पृथिवी जुजुर्वाँ इव विश्पतिः । भिया यामेषु रेजते ॥
yeṣām ajmeṣu pṛthivī jujurvām̐ iva viśpatiḥ | bhiyā yāmeṣu rejate ||

English translation:

“At whose impetuous approach, earth trembles like an enfeebled monarch through dread (of his enemies).”
