Rig Veda 1.37.3

इ॒हेव॑ शृण्व एषां॒ कशा॒ हस्ते॑षु॒ यद्वदा॑न् । नि याम॑ञ्चि॒त्रमृ॑ञ्जते ॥
इहेव शृण्व एषां कशा हस्तेषु यद्वदान् । नि यामञ्चित्रमृञ्जते ॥
iheva śṛṇva eṣāṃ kaśā hasteṣu yad vadān | ni yāmañ citram ṛñjate ||

English translation:

“I hear the craking of the whips in their hands, wonderfully inspiring (courage) in the fight.”
