Rig Veda 1.30.15

Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:

आ यद्दुव॑: शतक्रत॒वा कामं॑ जरितॄ॒णाम् । ऋ॒णोरक्षं॒ न शची॑भिः ॥
आ यद्दुवः शतक्रतवा कामं जरितॄणाम् । ऋणोरक्षं न शचीभिः ॥
ā yad duvaḥ śatakratav ā kāmaṃ jaritṝṇām | ṛṇor akṣaṃ na śacībhiḥ ||

English translation:

“Such wealth, Śatakratu, as your praisers desire, you bestow upon them, as the axle (revolves) with the movements (of the wagon).”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Akṣam na śacībhiḥ, it is like the axle by the acts (movements of the wagon)
