Rig Veda 1.13.10

इ॒ह त्वष्टा॑रमग्रि॒यं वि॒श्वरू॑प॒मुप॑ ह्वये । अ॒स्माक॑मस्तु॒ केव॑लः ॥
इह त्वष्टारमग्रियं विश्वरूपमुप ह्वये । अस्माकमस्तु केवलः ॥
iha tvaṣṭāram agriyaṃ viśvarūpam upa hvaye | asmākam astu kevalaḥ ||

English translation:

“I invoke the chief and multiform Tvaṣṭṛ (= Viśvakarmā); may he be solely ours.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Tvaṣṭā = Viśvakarmā, artificer of the gods, the fabricator of the original sacrificial vase or ladle. tvaṣṭā vai paśūnām mithunānām rūkakṛt---iti śruteḥ (Taittirīya.Saṃhitā 6.1.8.5): Tvaṣṭā forms in animals in pairs; he is also an Āditya; here he is an Agni: Tvaṣṭṛ-nāmakam agnim
