Rig Veda 1.13.1

Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:

सुस॑मिद्धो न॒ आ व॑ह दे॒वाँ अ॑ग्ने ह॒विष्म॑ते । होत॑: पावक॒ यक्षि॑ च ॥
सुसमिद्धो न आ वह देवाँ अग्ने हविष्मते । होतः पावक यक्षि च ॥
susamiddho na ā vaha devām̐ agne haviṣmate | hotaḥ pāvaka yakṣi ca ||

English translation:

Agni, who are Susamiddha, invoker, purifier, bring hither the gods to the offerers of our oblation, and do your sacrifice.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

The Āpris are twelve including a name of fire, naraśansa. Su = well;

Sam = completely;

Iddha = kindled; hence, Susamiddha = the thoroughly kindled
