आश्रु॑त्कर्ण श्रु॒धी हवं॒ नू चि॑द्दधिष्व मे॒ गिर॑: । इन्द्र॒ स्तोम॑मि॒मं मम॑ कृ॒ष्वा यु॒जश्चि॒दन्त॑रम् ॥
आश्रुत्कर्ण श्रुधी हवं नू चिद्दधिष्व मे गिरः । इन्द्र स्तोममिमं मम कृष्वा युजश्चिदन्तरम् ॥
āśrutkarṇa śrudhī havaṃ nū cid dadhiṣva me giraḥ | indra stomam imam mama kṛṣvā yujaś cid antaram ||
English translation:
“Oh! your whose ears hear all things, listen quickly to my invocation; hold in your heart my praises; keep near to you this my hymn, as it were (the words of) a friend.”
