Rig Veda 1.9.2

एमे॑नं सृजता सु॒ते म॒न्दिमिन्द्रा॑य म॒न्दिने॑ । चक्रिं॒ विश्वा॑नि॒ चक्र॑ये ॥
एमेनं सृजता सुते मन्दिमिन्द्राय मन्दिने । चक्रिं विश्वानि चक्रये ॥
em enaṃ sṛjatā sute mandim indrāya mandine | cakriṃ viśvāni cakraye ||

English translation:

“The libation being prepared, present the exhilaratina and efficacious (draught) to the rejoicing Indra, the accomplisher of all things.”
