Part 15 - Treatment for enlargement of spleen and liver (14): Ganadhipa rasa

Four tolas, each, of mercury and sulphur, eight tolas of mica, twelve tolas of copper, two tolas of copper-pyrites, and one tola, each, of croton seeds, roots of pippali, triphala, trikatu, tribrit, apamarga, dandotpala, brischikali, asthisanhara, nagadanti (or nagadani), and suryavarta, are to be rubbed together with ginger-juice and mixed with twelve tolas of iron. Dose, six raktis, to be taken with honey, cold water being drunk after taking the medicine. This medicine cures enlargement of spleen and liver, and other udara-rogas, gulma, jaundice, anemia, ana ha, worms, eczema, acidity, and biliousness, itches, and other skin diseases. It increases beauty, strength, semen, and longevity.
