Equal qnantities of burnt cowri shells, trikatu, borax, aconite, sulphur, and mercury are to be rubbed together with lime juice, and made into pills, six raktis in weight, each. Powdered maricha, mixed with clarified butter, is to be licked in after taking the medicine. Diet, buttermilk with boiled rice. This medicine cures grahani.
