One part each of pippali and aconite and two parts of cinnaber are to be rubbed together with the juice of lime fruit, and made into pills of the size of a seed of raddish. This is to be taken with cold water. It cures fever with diarrhoea It may also be applied in cholera and sannipatika fever, however malignant.
