Treatment for fever (86): Jvaramurari rasa

One tola each of mercury, sulphur, aconite and cinnabar, half a tola of cloves, four tolas of maricha, eight tolas of seeds of dhutura and one tola of tribrit are to be rubbed together and subjected to bhavana for seven times with the decoction of danti, and made into pills one rakti in weight each. It cures all sorts of fever, indigestion flatulence, chronic diarrhoea, gulma, rheumatism, amlapitta, cough, asthma, consumption, udara-roga, sciatica, paralysis, and other diseases due to the derangement of vayu, swelling due to anaemia, and leprosy.
