Part 8 - Extraction of oil from seeds of Putranjiba and Agasti

Powdered seeds of putranjiba as well as of agasti are to be made into a lump of the shape of amrataka or hog plum (by being rubbed with water or decoction of uttara-varuni), and then pressed, as before, for extraction of oil. Powdered seeds of vilba are to be subjected to bhavana with cocoanut water for one day, before oil is extracted from them by means of the oil-machine (ghurni).
