हृदयादीनि चाङ्गानि ध्यात्वाऽङ्गुष्ठादि पञ्चसु ॥ 60 ॥

dvādaśākṣara mantrasya nyāso'yaṃ kamalāsana |
aṣṭākṣara sthānāni. |
hṛdayādīni cāṅgāni dhyātvā'ṅguṣṭhādi pañcasu || 60 ||
