कवचमुद्रा. ।
प्रवेश्याभ्यन्तरांगुष्टं बध्वा मुष्टिप्रवेशनम् ॥ 8 ॥

varmamudrātu kathyate |
kavacamudrā. |
praveśyābhyantarāṃguṣṭaṃ badhvā muṣṭipraveśanam || 8 ||
