अपूर्वकल्पने जीर्णोद्धारे च तुल्यफलता. ।
अपूर्वकल्पने जीर्णसमुद्धारे द्वयोरपि ।
तुल्यं फलं कल्पनायां धामादेर्नास्तिसंशयः ॥ 31 ॥

apūrvakalpane jīrṇoddhāre ca tulyaphalatā. |
apūrvakalpane jīrṇasamuddhāre dvayorapi |
tulyaṃ phalaṃ kalpanāyāṃ dhāmādernāstisaṃśayaḥ || 31 ||
