त्रिवस्तुकमयं कृत्वा वर्णालेपं समाचरेत् ।
यो वर्णो यस्य शास्त्रोक्त स्तेनै वालेपनं भवेत् ॥ 53 ॥

trivastukamayaṃ kṛtvā varṇālepaṃ samācaret |
yo varṇo yasya śāstrokta stenai vālepanaṃ bhavet || 53 ||
