सुषुम्ना इत्यादि द्विजोत्तमैः इत्यन्तसार्धसप्तपद्यानि केवलं क्वचित्कोसेदृश्यनै ।
अलम्भुसैव गान्धारी काशिनी च कुहूरपि ।
प्राणापानसमानाश्च व्यानोदनौ च पायवः ॥ 160 ॥
