आसीनेयोगासनम् तत्र उत्तमम् ।
योगासनमथोच्यते ।
सिंहासने सुखासीनं ब्रह्मेशौ भित्तिर्श्वयोः ॥ 32 ॥

bhogāsanaṃ tadadhamaṃ |
āsīneyogāsanam tatra uttamam |
yogāsanamathocyate |
siṃhāsane sukhāsīnaṃ brahmeśau bhittirśvayoḥ || 32 ||
