कुम्भयोन्मातरिश्वना ।
प्राणायामफलम् ।
एवं कृतेसति ब्रह्मन् चरन्तिदश वायवः ।
हृदयाम्भोरुहं चापि व्याकोचं भवति स्फुटम् ॥ 11 ॥

kumbhayonmātariśvanā |
prāṇāyāmaphalam |
evaṃ kṛtesati brahman carantidaśa vāyavaḥ |
hṛdayāmbhoruhaṃ cāpi vyākocaṃ bhavati sphuṭam || 11 ||
