प्राणायाम लक्षणम् ।
रेचनं पूरणं वायोः रोधनं रेचनं तथा ।
चतुर्भिः क्लेशनं वायोः प्राणायाम उदीरितः ॥ 7 ॥

recanaṃ pūraṇaṃ vāyoḥ rodhanaṃ recanaṃ tathā |
caturbhiḥ kleśanaṃ vāyoḥ prāṇāyāma udīritaḥ || 7 ||
