पाद्मसंहितायाम् ।
तृतीयोऽध्यायः ।
प्राणायामविधिः ।
श्रीभगवान् ।
त्रैवर्णिक स्स्ववर्णोक्तै राश्रमानुगुणै स्तथा ।
आचारै राचरन्युक्तै र्वासुदेवार्चने रतः ॥ 1 ॥
