सप्तजन्मार्जितं पापं श्रुतमात्रेण नश्यति ।
ब्राह्मणो वेदविद्वांश्च क्षत्रियो विजयी भवेत् ॥ १६ ॥

saptajanmārjitaṃ pāpaṃ śrutamātreṇa naśyati |
brāhmaṇo vedavidvāṃśca kṣatriyo vijayī bhavet || 16 ||
