The Padma-purana verse 2.22.23 (Sanskrit text), including grammatical analysis, glossary and relevant print editions. Although popular for its inclusion of the Ramayana and large sections on pilgrimage guides this is also known for its dedication to both Shiva and Vishnu. This is verse 23 contained in chapter 22 of book 2 (भूमिखण्ड, bhūmikhaṇḍa).

संसारवृक्षमतिजीर्णमपीह उच्चं मायासुकंदकरुणा बहुदुःखशाखम् ।
जायादिसंगच्छदनं फलितं मुरारे तत्राधिरूढपतितं भगवन्हि रक्ष ॥ २३ ॥

saṃsāravṛkṣamatijīrṇamapīha uccaṃ māyāsukaṃdakaruṇā bahuduḥkhaśākham |
