The Padma-purana verse 2.15.13 (Sanskrit text), including grammatical analysis, glossary and relevant print editions. परद्रव्यापहरणं परभार्याविडंबनम् ।
ऋणं परस्य सर्वस्वं गृहीतं यत्तु पापिभिः ॥ १३ ॥

ṛṇaṃ parasya sarvasvaṃ gṛhītaṃ yattu pāpibhiḥ || 13 ||
