नास्ति चिंतासमं दुःखं कायशोषणमेव हि ।
यश्चिंतां त्यज्य वर्तेत स सुखेन प्रमोदते ॥ ११ ॥

nāsti ciṃtāsamaṃ duḥkhaṃ kāyaśoṣaṇameva hi |
yaściṃtāṃ tyajya varteta sa sukhena pramodate || 11 ||
