The Padma-purana verse 1.45.114 (Sanskrit text), including grammatical analysis, glossary and relevant print editions. ते दानवाः पाशगृहीतहस्ता महेंद्रतुल्याशनितुल्य वेगाः ।
समंततोभ्युद्यतबाहुकायाः स्थिताः सशीर्षा इव नागपोताः ॥ ११४ ॥
