The Padma-purana verse 1.36.4 (Sanskrit text), including grammatical analysis, glossary and relevant print editions. उपदेशं च मे तुष्टः स्वयं दास्यति सत्तमः ।
दुःखी येन पुनर्मर्त्ये न भवामि कदाचन ॥ ४ ॥

upadeśaṃ ca me tuṣṭaḥ svayaṃ dāsyati sattamaḥ |
duḥkhī yena punarmartye na bhavāmi kadācana || 4 ||
