The Padma-purana verse 1.33.74 (Sanskrit text), including grammatical analysis, glossary and relevant print editions. मृतस्य दर्शने श्राद्धं कार्यमावश्यकं स्मृतम् ।
वृद्धिकामास्तु पितरस्तथा चैवान्नकांक्षिणः ॥ ७४ ॥

mṛtasya darśane śrāddhaṃ kāryamāvaśyakaṃ smṛtam |
vṛddhikāmāstu pitarastathā caivānnakāṃkṣiṇaḥ || 74 ||
