The Padma-purana verse 1.19.132 (Sanskrit text), including grammatical analysis, glossary and relevant print editions. ते वृत्रं निहतं दृष्ट्वा सहस्राक्षेण धीमता ।
जीवितं परिरक्षन्तः प्रविष्टा वरुणालयम् ॥ १३२ ॥

te vṛtraṃ nihataṃ dṛṣṭvā sahasrākṣeṇa dhīmatā |
jīvitaṃ parirakṣantaḥ praviṣṭā varuṇālayam || 132 ||
